3:00–5:30 pm | Santa’s Arrival & Tree Lighting at River Park Square presented by STCU

Enjoy family fun, music, and special guests starting at 3:00 pm, followed by Santa’s tree lighting at 5:00 pm with performances by the Ferris Dance Team, Cheney High School Show Choir, Spokane Aerial Elves and Mrs. Claus. Santa photos will begin after the tree lighting and continue until December 24, 2024.

4:00–7:30 pm | Brushes and Boughs – Tree Paint-Off for Charity

Several local artists will battle for their favorite local causes decorating trees to earn holiday donations. Decorated trees will be on display to view and vote in Lincoln Plaza at 818 W Riverside Ave through December 20, 2024.

The two-decades long tradition of carriage rides through Riverfront Park is taking a one-day detour to Merry & Magical Lane to experience the magic under the lights.
