Step into an immersive, hands-on cooking experience with Commellini Estate’s Executive Chef Frank! Learn the time-honored techniques of crafting hand-formed pasta from scratch. In this workshop, Chef Frank will guide you through shaping a variety (or should we say 12) of pasta styles, complemented by a selection of our signature sauces.The class culminates in a full meal, enjoyed together in the historic charm of Commellini Estate’s Main Venue.
