The Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos, is a Mexican time-honored tradition that brings families and friends together to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away.Unlike the somber tone that often accompanies Western notions of death, Día de los Muertos is a festive and joyous occasion filled with color, music, and a profound sense of familial connection.

This special event will be held on Nuestras Raices Centro Comunitario, located at 1214 E Sprague Ave, in Spokane, Washington, from 1 pm to 8 pm on Nov, 2. You are also invited to come to see the ofrendas and Catrinas’ display at our center for First Friday, on Nov. 1, from 5:30 pm to 8 pm! Join our Spokane Hispanic Business Expo!
