Shiki Hibachi Sushi brought by Leon Chi, shows his 20 years of experience and his love for sushi making. After many years of working in Manhattan, Leon decided to open his own restaurant. Leon wanted to share his own recipes and culinary tastes and thus the Shiki brand was born.
