After years of traveling, NUDO's one of partners, Jing had decided that what she always missed when coming home was the food. Jing knew that she could bring some of that flavor back to Spokane; both in the design and the menu.

The interior is a mix of Japan cool, clean lines and an open street-side feel. The food is thoughtful, simple, and will surely please every palette. The full bar and ever growing sake menu completes the experience.
