Bing Crosby House at Gonzaga University
Bing Crosby, the American icon, is best known for his classic songs like White Christmas and roles in films such as Going My Way (1944), a performance for which he won an Oscar.
But it all started right here in Spokane, Washington. Crosby's boyhood house was built in 1911, and today is part of Gonzaga University and home to the biggest collection of Bing Crosby memorabilia. Bing attended Gonzaga University before leaving for Hollywood in 1924. The Bing Crosby House Museum is open to the public Monday - Saturday (excluding some holidays).
