Spokane Falls
A virtual trip, or otherwise, is never complete without a trip to the Spokane Falls. Every spring, thundering water rips through the heart of the city. Set against the tranquil backdrop of Riverfront Park, the Spokane Falls are an experience in sight and sound.
Riverfront Park
When people think Spokane, they think Riverfront Park. From the roaring Spokane Falls to the historic Great Northern Clocktower to the hand-carved Looff Carrousel, the 100-acre park is home to many of the region’s most iconic attractions.
Manito Park
Another must-see attraction: Manito Park, Spokane’s showcase garden. Manito Park includes Nishinomiya Tsutakawa Memorial Japanese Garden, Rose Hill formal rose garden, French Renaissance-style Duncan Garden, Lilac Garden, Joel E Ferris Perennial Garden, Gaiser Conservatory, Mirror Pond with a picnic shelter, and children’s play area.
Fox Theater
Home to the Spokane Symphony, Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, was built as a 2300-seat movie theater, and now serves as a much-needed mid-sized performance venue in the heart of downtown Spokane. One of the theater’s most stunning features is its intricate art deco murals and ceiling.
Arbor Crest
One of the state's oldest wineries produces award-winning Washington wines and serves up incredible views, too. Named one of "50 Great Producers Every Wine Lover Should Know" by Wine Spectator. The Cliff House Tasting Room, located on a National Historic Site, is perched atop a cliff offering spectacular views of the Spokane Valley.
