Liberty Lake has quickly become recognized for its burgeoning food & drink scene and extensive outdoor recreation opportunities. Modern Liberty Lake is so much more than the lake– it is also golf, hiking, food, and wine. The city is also home to many tech companies, making it a hot spot for investment and growth.

Play

Liberty Lake has no shortage of things to do. Hiking trails offer challenges, the lake is a place to cool off in summer or ice skate in winter, and the HUB Sports Center is a sanctuary if you want to play pickleball, badminton, or basketball. Collected Goods will make you want to spend your green.

Plan a camping trip and stay at Liberty Lake Regional Park. Trek up the Liberty Lake Loop Trail, breathe in the scents from the ancient cedar grove, and peek at the waterfall. Book a guided trip with Mica Moon Zip Tours & Aerial Park. Or spend a casual summer afternoon tearing up Liberty Lake or MeadowWood Golf Course greens. Take the kids to play at Pavillion Park, then swim at the public beach at Liberty Lake Regional Park. The seasonal Liberty Lake Farmers’ Market is excellent for fresh fruits, veggies, and locally made goods.

Eat & Drink

Like its population, Liberty Lake is small but has everything you need. Start your day with breakfast, coffee, or boba tea at Bocopop or New Love Coffee. Fresh juice at Liberty Lake Juice is always a healthy choice. For lunch, try Versalia or Palenque Mexican. Palenque has golf course views and fantastic margaritas.

We recommend Barlows, Hay J’s Bistro, Fujiyama, or Piccolo Artisan Pizza Kitchen for dinner. Hold court at the Pentagon; it’ll take days for the garlic breath to fade. Sweet Annie’s Artisan Creamery is a dessert favorite.

Go to Trailbreaker Cider, a family-friendly establishment that also offers food. They press the locally grown apples on site. Hop over to craft brewery Snow Eater. For a truly delightful wine experience, go to Liberty Lake Wine Cellars.
